Our delivery time frames vary on the location of the buyer, standard local postage will take 5-7 business days for delivery. International postage will take 7-21 Business days. Sometimes there may be a week delay due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery times are based on shipping with the assumption of NO delays. COVID-19 May affect delivery times with Sendle. Please contact issamust00@gmail.com if you do not receive a shipping tracking number.

Unfortunately, once an order has been place we can't make any changes. If you wish to cancel your order, please email issamust00@gmail.com immediatley as we only have a small window to be able to do so. 

If you wish to return your item, please email issamust00@gmail.com with your return enquiry & order number. Once we receive your return request we will respond to confirm your return.

We aim to have all orders shipped out within 1-3 business days of them being placed, Any order placed on the weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the following business day. 

Please email issamust00@gmail.com with your order number immediately so we are able to do this. If your order has already been processed, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order. However, we are happy to have them returned back to us for store credit!
